Customized Products Since our products (including but not limited to clothing labels, hang tags, and trims) are custom-manufactured based on your specific designs and requirements, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has commenced.
Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once payment is made and the digital proof is approved, the order is immediately sent to our manufacturing facility and cannot be stopped.
Defects and Quality Issues We take pride in our quality. If you receive a product with a verifiable manufacturing defect (e.g., wrong material, incorrect size, or different artwork from the approved proof), please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide clear photos and a description of the defect.
If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a free reproduction or a partial/full refund for the defective items.
Color Disclaimer Please note that screen displays differ. Minor color variations between the digital proof and the physical product are industry-standard and do not constitute a defect.

Production begins only after 100% full payment is received and the artwork proof is approved.
Standard production time: 10-15 business days (depending on product complexity).
Shipping Methods & Time
We ship worldwide via Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT) and other shipping options.
Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Fedrio International ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Address We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided by the client.
