Refund & Service

1. All the goods are inspected before shipment, so if your products are damaged or sent by mistake, you can apply for a refund or exchange the item in one week and you must contact us within 3 days of the receipt of your purchase.

2. Please ensure all the details have confirmed with our salesperson, if you are not satisfied with the product you receive, we can refuse a refund.

3. If you receive the wrong items and want a return, all return items must be in their original conditions, including box and accessories. For any items, please send them by EMS or your local post when sending them back.

4. Please Note! 21.08.20: We have temporarily stopped accepting returns on items due to COVID-19. Please consider this when purchasing from our shop.
